Sunset in the harbour

X186 made the best start on Wednesday evening and managed to keep in front of the 11 boats that went out. Until that is, Roger who ducked and dived all over the place, travelling much further than anyone else, managed to pass them,- only he then decided to park on the mud allowing them to regain their lead. The fleet were towed slowly home as the wind dropped to nothing.

Sunday, as promised brought the rains and the wind which went from 20 - 0 and back up again. Maybe everyone wanted to watch the rugby or didn't fancy a soaking as only 4 boats went out. Well done to Sea Mist for alternating with Thora for 2nd and 3rd place in both races.
