John Doerr - who gave us 31/2 hours of his time which was full of good humour and laughter throughout. A 30 minute break for fish and chips and then we were off again. Everyone who attended learnt how to understand and interpret the rules and how to judge who is right - or wrong and what was not worth arguing over. He provided a simple template for everyone to follow.
